COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oil on a frying pan, place frozen potato pancakes on and fry for about 1-2 min. or until golden brown, flip your pancakes from time to time for best results or put in preheated oven to 350ºF for 4 min. Do not refreeze.
