COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oil in a frying pan, add the frozen potato pancakes, and fry for about 1-2 min, or until golden brown. Flip the pancakes from time to time for best results, or bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 4 min. Do not refreeze.
